Production Associate – Assembly

Hand Assembly | 1st Shift | $19/hr | Training Available

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
Position Type: Long-term contract with potential for permanent hire

Easy commute from Route 9 communities including Middletown, Haddam, Chester, Deep River, Essex, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Clinton, and Niantic.

A.R. Mazzotta is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in the Deep River area to add talented individuals to their growing production team. Previous manufacturing experience or technical school training is helpful but not required. If you have a strong interest in manufacturing and a willingness to learn, training is available!

What You'll Do

• Perform hand assembly of small components
• Deburr parts as needed
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality
• Work with small pieces at times using a microscope
• Follow production and quality standards
• Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned

• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Comfortable working with small parts
• Manufacturing experience or technical training preferred, but not required
