Retail Sales Associate

Starting at $19.00 per hour

We are looking for individuals who:

• Enjoy helping customers and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Are dependable, friendly, and eager to learn
• Have retail experience (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with genuine Aloha
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory and stock replenishment
• Support store goals through outstanding customer service

Assistant Manager

$50,000–$55,000 Annual Salary

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading others, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are willing to train individuals with the right attitude, leadership potential, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Associates
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
• Support recruiting, training, and employee development
• Assist with scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and operational execution
• Help drive sales and achieve store performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example and inspire others
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
