Responsibilities

• Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities and coordinating interviews to attract top talent.
• Facilitate new employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Support employee evaluation and performance management programs through data collection, performance tracking, and documentation.
• Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, payroll processing support, and benefits administration tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR records through data entry in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors while ensuring regulatory compliance management.
• Contribute to employee relations initiatives by helping organize training & development sessions, conflict management activities, and fostering positive communication across teams.
• Support HR legal compliance efforts by assisting with employment & labor law adherence, affirmative action planning, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) compliance documentation.

Experience

• Must be Spanish / English Bilingual.
• Previous administrative experience supporting human resources functions or in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, or Kronos enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, workers' compensation procedures, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis and data collection techniques supports accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media management for recruiting purposes, and project management tools will be advantageous.
• Organizational skills combined with attention to detail enable you to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
