We are looking for a dedicated Assistant F&B Outlets Manager to join our leadership team at the InterContinental Doral Miami. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across our food and beverage outlets, mentoring a passionate team and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional, memorable dining experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, hospitality, and efficiency are consistently met.
• Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate service staff, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with our corporate hospitality values.
• Guest Experience & Service Recovery: Maintain high visibility on the floor, engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and swiftly resolving any issues using established service recovery guidelines.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Assist with labor scheduling, inventory management, and cost control measures to optimize outlet profitability while maintaining premier quality.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all local health, safety, food handling, and alcohol service regulations across all shifts.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team, sales, and banquet departments to coordinate seamless events, promotions, and daily service flows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume hotel restaurant or upscale F&B outlet environment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to support our diverse team and international clientele.
• Reliability & Flexibility: A flexible schedule is required, including the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational and hotel needs.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing staff, handling guest relations under pressure, and driving team-oriented performance.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move about the outlets for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, shift scheduling software, and basic financial math for inventory tracking and operational reporting.
