The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of student housing and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role assists with project documentation, cost tracking, scheduling coordination, procurement activities, and communication with subcontractors and project stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining DELCO quality standards.

Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Support management of project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking activities.

Assist with subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement activities.

Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, design partners, and project stakeholders.

Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation.

Support procurement activities, material tracking, and project logistics.

Assist with project closeout activities including punch lists and final documentation.

Maintain organized project records and ensure timely documentation flow.

Proactively communicate potential schedule or cost impacts when identified.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

13 years of construction experience or internship experience preferred.

Experience supporting student housing, multifamily, or largescale woodframe construction projects is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fastpaced construction environment.

Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders is preferred.
