Honor bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Garfield Avenue location in Traverse City.
The right candidate will be goal driven, have some sales/finance or direct banking experience, and the ability to assist in leading team members. When the Garfield Branch Manager is not present, this individual will serve as the Manager to any extent possible.
Common daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to (request full job description for more detail):
- Standard Banking duties (check cashing, overseeing cash flow, all tasks associated with operating a teller window)
- Leadership of branch staff- Coaching, continued teaching, drawer audits, etc.
- Establish and maintain safety, security and compliance regulations and needs
- Oversees the operations and cash balancing procedures of ATM, Vault and cash ordering/selling procedures
