Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure and building projects. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and adjust plans proactively.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Oversee construction site activities to guarantee safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and the use of HeavyBid or comparable tools for cost control.
• Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software for document control, communication, and project tracking.
• Monitor project performance through regular site visits, progress reports, and coordination meetings; address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs.
• Foster effective time management practices across teams to meet critical deadlines while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site management with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software; experience with Schematics is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with construction estimating techniques and cost control using HeavyBid or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam for document control and communication.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; experience with Civil 3D is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of contracts administration and contract negotiation processes.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
• Effective project coordination skills coupled with leadership qualities to motivate teams on-site.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope changes while maintaining quality standards.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
