Patient Advisor - Sales Consultant for Cosmetic Surgery (Villages)

Join our growing team at Image Lift! We are hiring a Patient Advisor to represent our cosmetic surgery practice in The Villages FL. This is a full-time, base salary + commission-based sales position with a draw against commission program for qualified candidates. Our Villages-based role requires attending seminars, trade shows, and community events to connect with potential patients. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in plastic surgery sales, with a strong focus on nurturing relationships and providing concierge-level patient care.

Position Details

• Location: Villages, FL (Travel required for events)
• Hours: Typically 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Some Saturdays (9 am-2 pm)
• Compensation: Base Pay and draw against commission program with high earning potential in a lucrative elective procedure practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized patient consultations to understand concerns and goals.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients by providing an exceptional customer service experience.
• Follow up diligently with patients to ensure their satisfaction and maintain engagement throughout the decision-making process.
• Present treatment options with empathy and professionalism, ensuring patients feel informed and supported.
• Represent Image Lift at seminars, trade shows, and community events to build relationships and generate leads.
• Maintain and update CRM databases and patient records with a focus on relationship management.
• Provide concierge-level patient experiences, making every patient feel valued and comfortable.
• Offer financing options and process payments efficiently and transparently.
• Stay updated on all plastic surgery procedures and educate patients on their benefits.
• Perform outbound calling and follow-up to maximize lead conversions and nurture ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Proven sales background in plastic surgery.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship building.
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated and organized
• Proficiency in CRM systems and strong computer skills.
