CBX Connect is a fast growing provider of technology infrastructure in the MDU space, specifically currently focusing on Design, Installation and Support of managed Wi-fi in student housing. CBX was developed by real estate owners FOR real estate owners, because we understood the need for transparency in the pricing structure of technology systems and contracts. From this level of understanding, we were able to truly uncover the needs of our Real Estate partners, and work to develop and deploy those solutions that lead to lasting quality, reliability, and cost savings. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in driving the successful planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of technology infrastructure projects across CBX Connect’s managed Wi-Fi and residential connectivity portfolio. This role owns the day-to-day project coordination engine, translating project scope into actionable plans, proactively managing schedules, milestones, documentation, vendor coordination, budget inputs, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. The Project Coordinator exercises sound judgment to identify issues early, evaluate competing priorities, recommend solutions, and keep cross-functional teams aligned to project goals, client expectations, operational standards, and business outcomes. While this role does not directly manage employees, it requires strong influence, accountability, and leadership across internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and property stakeholders.
