Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various IT functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. This position requires a strong understanding of computer networking and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Imports and Exports all Client Data in accordance with Client Standards.
• Generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for all clients.
• Responsible for transmission of all client update files, & reports.
• Creates and performs Backups, Disaster Recovery, Information Security.
• Review and improve current processes via process automation programming.
• Assist other departments in any technical support issues:
• Report creation
• Document Templates
• Media Management
• Desktop Support
• Computer Administration
• Recommend new technologies where applicable.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and transmitted on a timely basis.
• Must be able to adapt to an ever changing enviroment by learning new platforms, tasks, and processes.
• Office skills such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Websites, FTP, and other general IT knowledge for interaction with EDI’s (Exchange Data Interfaces).
• Active Directory experience is a plus.
• Database Experience (MS SQL) is a plus.
• Visual Studio .NET experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills.
• Candidate must pass background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
