Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of multiple locations across Illinois and Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the home services industry, with a preference for plumbing experience, and the ability to drive operational efficiencies while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to travel up to 50% of the time to ensure the success and consistency of operations across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage General Managers across multiple sites to achieve business objectives and exceed performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all locations.
• Ensure consistent service delivery standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with General Managers to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to site management teams.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure that financial targets are met across all sites.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to oversee operations, conduct site visits, and support the team in each location. Locations include; Rockford, Champaign, Peoria, Springfield IL as well as St. Cloud, MN.
