Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Developer to support our Director of Operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth internal processes while maintaining our commitment to excellence in sustainable packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Operations with data preparation for client presentations and reports.
• Organize and maintain internal data systems for efficient access and retrieval.
• Manage sample inventory and coordinate distribution to clients and internal teams.
• Review artwork to ensure alignment with brand standards and sustainability goals.
• Maintain project calendars and schedules to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Log meeting minutes and track action items to ensure follow-through.
• Help maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and communicated.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a highly motivated and ambitious attitude.
• Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic industry.
• Problem-solver mentality, capable of thinking critically and creatively.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Bilingual in Cantonese is a significant plus.
