Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate Supervisor to lead our inside sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily sales operations, motivate your team to achieve targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive sales growth by managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes communication and analysis skills.
Responsibilities
Maintaining customer orders and customer forecasts
Manage and negotiate outstanding and overdue customer invoices, ensuring timely resolution of open accounts receivable items.
Present Business Unit A (BU-A) open-item status, action plans, and progress updates during bi-weekly management meetings.
Sales Operations Oversight
Supervise Sales Associate activities, including:
Managing freight orders in accordance with customer requirements.
Preparing and processing daily packing slips for Shipping and Receiving.
Coordinating and scheduling international shipments.
Submitting customer invoices and uploading documentation to customer portals.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary customer contact for order management, shipment coordination, and the resolution of logistical and payment-related issues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Supply Chain & Order Management
Coordinate priority and time-sensitive pass-through items with Elkamet Germany and the Purchasing department.
Negotiate customer delivery dates based on production lead times and material availability.
Evaluate and determine the most efficient methods for fulfilling customer orders through:
Review of ABAS planning charts.
Analysis of inventory levels, stock availability, and in-transit materials.
Review of existing purchase orders.
Communicate with Purchasing regarding pass-through and raw material orders from Germany.
Conduct daily reviews of planning charts to identify changes in customer demand.
Maintain ABAS Multisite data.
Monitor ABESTAND reports for updates and adjustments to internal forecasts.
Sales Order Administration
Create, enter, and maintain sales orders within the ABAS ERP system.
Manage customer purchase order requirements through web portals and EDI releases.
Create and process prototype and tooling sales orders.
Create and maintain product articles and master data within ABAS.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain daily communication with internal stakeholders, including:
Sales Manager to escalate operational, customer, and supply chain issues.
Project Manager regarding prototype orders and tooling invoices.
Production Planner to coordinate production schedules and prioritize customer requirements.
Purchasing regarding incoming shipments, containers, and profile orders.
General Management concerning customer credit notes and expedited freight expenses.
Quality Manager regarding quarantined materials and product availability.
Additional Expectations
Demonstrate strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Pay: $50,685.39 - $65,040.48 per year
