Position Summary

Titomic USA, Inc., a global leader in cold spray additive manufacturing and Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ (TKF™) technology, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic customer programs supporting the aerospace, defense, space, industrial, energy, and maritime markets. This position is responsible for the successful execution of customer programs from contract award through delivery, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.

The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between customers, executive leadership, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations while driving execution of complex manufacturing, equipment delivery, coating, repair, and research programs. This role is instrumental in supporting Titomic's mission to transform manufacturing through innovative cold spray technologies.

Essential Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead multiple concurrent commercial, government, and defense programs from proposal transition through closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Ensure programs meet customer expectations for cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance.
• Establish program execution strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness, and production planning activities.

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout program execution.
• Conduct regular customer status meetings, executive reviews, and technical interchange meetings.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and contract modifications.

Financial Management

• Manage program budgets, revenue recognition, profitability, and forecasting.
• Monitor labor utilization, material costs, subcontractor expenditures, and capital requirements.
• Develop monthly financial reports and executive dashboards.
• Identify cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Manufacturing & Operations

• Support production scheduling and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and customer deliveries.
• Monitor production milestones and resolve schedule constraints.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer training activities for Titomic equipment.

Risk & Compliance

• Lead program risk identification and mitigation activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, AS9100 Quality Management System, and company procedures.
• Support export control compliance including ITAR and EAR requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable FAR/DFARS requirements for government contracts.
• Coordinate configuration management and engineering change activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop standardized program management processes and metrics.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices following program completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive program or project management experience.
• Experience managing manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $1M.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Knowledge of cold spray technology or advanced materials processing.
• Experience managing Department of Defense or Federal Government contracts.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Epicor or SAP.
• Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

Security Requirements

· Must be a United States citizen.

• Dual citizenship is not permitted for this position due to customer and export control requirements.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Must be able to comply with all ITAR, EAR, and export control regulations applicable to defense manufacturing positions. Similar defense-sector roles commonly require U.S. citizenship or U.S. person status due to export-controlled technologies and government contract requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, pre-employment drug screening, and verification of employment eligibility through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
