• Under direct supervision, manages specific components and assigned tasks within the product management and/or service development process.
• Translates business requirements to technical requirements for developers to understand.
• Assists with the development of user stories with traceability to the source.
• May assist with the analysis of business operations to identify process improvement opportunities, and the modeling of current and desired scenarios using defined models, methods, and tools.
• Maintains and runs reports to evaluate value realization against product, risk management, service, or project goals and objectives.
• Assists the testing team with the development of test cases based on the requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Prefer at least one certification in the current platform/domain/technical skills

Technical Skills:

• Expert experience with common developer productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Capable of understanding technical concepts.
• Capable of process-focused execution, having successfully driven technical programs for enterprise products in a fast-paced environment.
