Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate project schedules using advanced construction management software such as Bid2Win and Construction scheduling tools to optimize workflow.
• Manage teams in a construction management role, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control are maintained throughout all phases.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; ensure accurate interpretation of plans including Civil 3D models and schematics for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct construction cost management to keep projects financially on track; utilize Bid2Win or similar tools for accurate budgeting.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; address any delays or issues promptly.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through detailed project coordination meetings and documentation.
• Ensure construction regulatory compliance by staying current with local codes, permits, and safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a strong background in construction management.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques using Bid2Win or equivalent project scheduling software.
• Hands-on site experience in heavy civil or infrastructure environments; familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively using Construction estimating tools like Bid2Win or similar software.
• Strong understanding of construction regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
