This position is focused on providing psychosocial services for clients that receive medication to combat addiction to opioids and may experience co-occurring disorders.

The Company has job openings in Pontiac and Walled Lake. Candidates should be comfortable with very early hours (6:00 AM starting time). Candidates have the possibilities of being selected for our Associate Therapist Training Program.

Responsibilities and Duties

The specific duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Provide screening, assessment, individual and group counseling services for individuals addicted to opioids.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the American Society of Addiction Medicine manual and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM –V).
• Complete intakes for clients within established time frames; including completion of all required documents,
• Develop Treatment Plans and timely counseling notes for Individual Sessions.
• Understand and work within The Company’s Mission and Policies.
• Perform other duties as required by state regulatory rules.
• Understanding of outpatient medical clinic operation preferred
• Conduct Group Sessions on an assigned basis.
• Follow all confidentiality guidelines, including HIPAA and 42 CFR.
• Maintain flexibility with client scheduling, including early hours (6:00 AM starting time).
• Integrate the company’s technology, such as analytics and AI into the service process.
• Commitment to accelerated learning with a strong desire to support client recovery.
• Work in junction with OHH Team by assessing treatment needs and providing necessary resources to ensure client’s focus is primarily on their recovery.

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
