Our client is looking for a CNC Machine Tool Technician to join a growing service team supporting manufacturers throughout the region. You'll work with some of the industry's leading CNC machine tools while building strong customer relationships and expanding your technical expertise through ongoing training.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machine tools at customer facilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and machine inspections
- Install and commission new CNC equipment
- Perform machine alignments and verify proper machine operation
- Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Complete accurate service documentation and reports
- Communicate directly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to solve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience servicing or troubleshooting CNC machine tools
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Mazatrol, Mitsubishi, or Okuma is highly preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, motors, and machine diagnostics
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel regionally, including occasional overnight travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial manufacturing environments
