We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Processor to join our team. As a Warranty Processor, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing OEM and Wholesale warranty claims. Strong communication skills, both in English and Spanish, are essential for this role. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your analytical skills and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Analyze and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Perform outbound calling to gather necessary information

- Obtain the required forms to assess and process the claims
- Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
- Assist with sales-related tasks as needed
- Multilingual skills are highly valued in this role

Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Intuit Service or similar service/warranty software tools.
