We offer a $45,000 Base + UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

Our reps earn anywhere from $80-150K in commissions and performance bonuses. Our top reps are earning over $200k!

What You’ll Do (Inside Sales Representative)

• Conduct high-volume outreach (150–250 outbound calls/day) to insurance agents and agencies.
• Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client communications in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• Natural rapport builder, able to quickly connect with people over the phone.
• Strong phone & interpersonal communication skills; adept at handling objections and closing deals.
• Proven sales ability; comfort with hitting or exceeding targets.
• Experience managing full sales cycles.
• Comfortable working with CRM / sales-automation tools.
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Bonus if you have background in B2B sales, inside sales / tele sales, digital marketing, insurance sales, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $45,000 plus UNCAPPED commission.
• Many of our reps generate $100k–$150k+ in commissions and bonuses; top performers can make $200 k+.
