We are looking for a Bartender/ Retail Associate to join our team!

Duties include:

-Serving beer in our 10 tap taproom

-Serving select cocktails

-Learning about our beer offerings, and beer types

-Interacting with customers about our beers and our company history

-Leading tasting tours as scheduled (required)

-Assisting in the retail area by keeping things stocked and organized

-Learning how to manage inventory and add new inventory as it arrives

-Using our Talech point of sale system to check out customers and keep accurate store inventory

-Cleaning and organization of work spaces as needed

-Answering customer inquiries about our location, hours, tour info, and merchandise

-Our current store hours are 11am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-9pm Friday & Saturday and Closed Sunday. Must have availability between these times, most needed will be Tuesday-Friday 20+ hours/week plus every other Saturday, with the possibility for more hours if appropriate.

**AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS WITH WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY, PLUS EVERY OTHER SATURDAY. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO AT LEAST 3 DAYS WEEKLY WITH A PREFERENCE OF 4 WEEKDAYS AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY. MUST BE AVAILABLE AND ABLE TO HELP WITH TRUCK DELIVERIES ONCE PER MONTH/BI-MONTHLY.**

-May be asked to work an early morning (7:30am-11am) start 1 time monthly when we get truck shipments

-Must be able to bend, lift, and squat without issue, at least 50 pounds. You will occasionally have to lift kegs and move/carry heavy beer inventory and other boxes or goods.

-Must be personable, and have a good sensibility of the comfort level of our patrons.

-Must be positive and willing to interact and keep busy.

-Must be reliable, and have a reliable way of getting to work.

- Must be extremely trustworthy and able to work with little or no supervision at times

-Must be self-motivated and recognize tasks to be done without always being prompted

-Must either already have a city Server's License to be legally able to serve alcohol in the City of Rhinelander, or be willing/able to complete training course and submit application with certificate to City Hall in order to acquire your license to serve. THIS IS NOW A REQUIREMENT FOR BREWERY EMPLOYEES SERVING ALCOHOL IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN-AT LEAST ONE PERSON ON STAFF WITH A LICENSE TO SERVE HAS TO BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES DURING OPERATIONAL HOURS.
