About Us:

Roadshow Concepts, LLC dba The Heartland Roadshow is a premier buyer of estate jewelry, precious metals, gold and silver coins, antiques, and collectibles. If you’ve ever seen “Antiques Roadshow”, this is similar to what we do. We set up temporary, boutique “buying events” at various hotel locations throughout the country, where people come to sell us their estate items - primarily gold, silver, coins, and watches. We are seeking efficient, detail-oriented individuals, driven to play a key role in securing operational requirements as we expand our footprint.

About the Role:

The Licensing Coordinator manages communication with municipalities and supports the licensing approval process for Roadshow events by researching requirements, submitting applications, and tracking approvals.

This role will report to the Licensing Compliance Manager.

Responsibilities:

The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for several main functions, all critical to creating a successful Roadshow event.

• Research municipal, county, and state licensing requirements for each show location.

• Confirm application types, fees, timelines, and required documents.

• Communicate directly with municipalities and licensing offices.

• Prepare and submit license applications accurately and on time.

• Track submission dates, approval status, and expiration dates.

• Follow up on pending or delayed applications.

• Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence logs.

• Communicate licensing status and risks to internal teams.

• Coordinate with other Compliance teams as needed.

• Support escalated licensing issues before they reach management.

• Flag locations where licensing barriers could impact show execution.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Ability to navigate government systems and processes.

• Excellent organization and documentation skills.

• Comfortable handling deadlines and follow-ups.

• Problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-state licensing experience, including researching municipal, county, and state licensing requirements for various event or show locations, highly preferred.

• Experience working in highly regulated, compliance-driven, or multi-jurisdiction operational environments preferred.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $24 to $28 Per hour
