Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Job Summary Homecrest is seeking a Production Assembler to join our team. In this position, you will use pneumatic tools, battery-operated drills, and more to assemble parts on our manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and committed to a job well done to ensure our entire team’s success.

Job Duties

· Assemble parts on a jig with the use of hand tools and air tools. Remove and stack products.

· Insert glides and wrap parts with protective materials. Apply touch-up paint as needed.

· Run box machine to make boxes, load boxes with product, and push boxes down the line.

· Move parts from the line and carry them to specific areas. May be required to work in these areas within the department:

o Box making and packing products

o Sling chairs

o Air chairs

o Deep seating

o Lounges/chaises

o Fire tables/fire pits

o Table area

o Shipping processes

· Ensure a safe work environment for all. Follow safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.

· Work at a consistent pace, be prepared to work each day, and report to assigned work area in a punctual manner.

· Regularly meet or exceed efficiency/productivity requirements.

· Maintain regular and predictable attendance, and work required overtime as needed.

· Communicate with supervisor and coworkers in a professional manner.

· Support and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

· Keep facilities, materials, and work area clean and orderly.

· Perform all other duties as assigned.
