Join our dynamic behavior intervention team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavior Interventionist, BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst), or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and neurodevelopmental disorders. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults, supporting their growth, independence, and quality of life. Duties

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other essential self-care skills
• Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching strategies aligned with their needs
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions and care strategies
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to each individual’s goals and needs

Qualifications

• Certification as an RBT or eligibility to obtain certification; or current BCaBA/BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education strategies
• Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention plans effectively
• Strong data collection skills for tracking client progress and treatment outcomes
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, team members, and other professionals
• Home-based behavioral experience is preferred but not required; a compassionate attitude and patience are essential

Pay: $19.00 - $34.00 per hour
