What You’ll Do

Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy using naturalistic and play-based methods.

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Use daily routines, toys, and reinforcement to teach communication, daily living, and social-emotional skills.
• Collect, track, and report data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinicians to support continuity of care.
• Provide family education and support around behavior management strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RBT certification preferred, or willingness to complete.
• Must have afternoon availability, preferably 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and clinical software.
• Physical ability to engage in play-based activities.
• Open to feedback, teamwork, and continued learning.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
