JOB SUMMARY:

Doss Enterprises is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialists. This position will help maintain our current Accounts Payable Functions. This position should have accounts payable experience, ideally in construction. This position may also provide support with expense reports and credit cards. Credit cards and expense report experience is a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• High volume invoice data entry using Quickbooks
• Identify and code project costs or SG&A Ledger Account.
• T&E Experience (expense reports and credit cards)
• Troubleshoot various supplier inquiries & discrepancies
• Work with internal departments on coding inquiries
• Knowledge of sales tax-exempt vs. taxable items on invoices
• Sending clear and concise emails; reading emails thoroughly to fully comprehend what is needed
• Perform miscellaneous accounts payable projects
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines under pressure
• AP Shared Service Experience
• Work independently and as a team
• Experience with intercompany transactions
• Review of invoices for approvals and required supplier lien waivers
• ERP Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree in accounting preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Work, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience, construction industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
