Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import & Export Analyst to join our team in Miami, FL. This position will play a key role in coordinating international trade operations, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting the efficient movement of goods across global markets.

The ideal candidate is experienced in international trade, customs processes, and logistics coordination, with a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import and export operations, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Manage and review international trade documentation, customs requirements, and tariff classifications.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations, international trade laws, and applicable commercial agreements.
• Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Track shipments, monitor transit times, and ensure successful delivery to final destinations.
• Analyze and control logistics-related costs while identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Support customs clearance and cargo nationalization processes.
• Manage administrative activities related to international trade operations, including vendor agreements and service contracts.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and operational documentation to support decision-making and compliance initiatives.
• Support special trade programs, including Duty Drawback and other applicable trade agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international trade, import/export operations, customs processes, or global logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping documentation, Incoterms, and import/export procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other technology-based business tools.
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
