Location: WorldKids School, San Jose, CA
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
WorldKids School San Jose is seeking an energetic, visionary, and culturally minded Preschool Center Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education program. Our brand-new Silicon Valley campus introduces children (ages 8 weeks to 6 years) to a diverse world through full language immersion in Spanish and Mandarin, play-based discovery, and monthly multicultural themes.
As the Center Director, you will oversee all daily operations, manage a talented team of multilingual educators, champion our global curriculum, and ensure a nurturing, safe environment. You will be the face of our school—fostering deep community partnerships, driving enrollment, and ensuring strict compliance with California State licensing requirements.

- Curriculum & Culture Advocacy: Support and evaluate a high-quality, play-based multicultural curriculum that naturally integrates Spanish and Mandarin immersion alongside science, movement, and kindergarten readiness.
- Staff Mentorship & Development: Recruit, supervise, and mentor an international, multilingual faculty. Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate professional development focused on immersion techniques and early childhood best practices.
- Financial & Resource Management: Manage the center’s budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation, operational efficiency, and sustainable strategic growth for our San Jose location.
- Family & Community Engagement: Serve as the primary ambassador for WorldKids San Jose. Build strong partnerships with families through regular updates, tours, and collaborative community events.
