What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle management
• Budget development, cost control, and forecasting
• Contract administration and project documentation
• Client relationship management
• Leading project teams, field leadership, and subcontractors
• Schedule development and execution
• Procurement and material management
• Change order management
• Risk mitigation and problem solving
• Financial reporting and project profitability
• Coordination with executive leadership and operations teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

$140,000 - $190,000 annually

Compensation is determined by experience, project complexity, leadership background, and overall technical expertise.

Performance Bonus
