Pickleball Coaching Responsibilities:
This position has the potential to change and evolve as you become more experienced with the philosophy of Breakout Sports , but initially the Coach will be responsible for:

• Coaching classes at select area gyms (Bergen and Hudson counties) Adult classes s
• Communicating between participants and the office
• Help Training new coaches

Required skills:
The ideal candidate should have or be able to accomplish the following:

• Background in pickleball (playing or coaching) or working with groups
• Amazing with groups of players
• High Personal Integrity and reliability
• Successful at juggling multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner
• Must have a cell phone, reliable transportation
