NLP serves 479 households in Allegheny County with a goal of supporting them in achieving housing stability. We are a multidisciplinary team that supports individuals in exiting the homeless system and stabilizing life domains while working toward greater housing independence.
The Purpose of this position is to provide grant coordination and direct support to NLP Supervisors and Program Director. This support will focus on actions that will improve grant benchmark outcomes annually as well as the care provided to program participants. The program coordinator will assist BSCs and SCs in monitoring their performance related to the quality of services provided and will lead a team of Data Coordinators and Housing Specialists in that pursuit. The program coordinator will lead the program to a constant state of readiness for any quality or regulatory audit of the program.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in human service field with 5 years of supervisory experience and 7 years of clinical experience required
OR
Master's degree in human service field with 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of clinical experience required.
Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process required.
Maintains all mandatory annual trainings and competencies.
Participates with supervisor to identify program design and process needs.
Participates in on-going staff development activities.
