Healing Care Hospice is seeking an experienced and passionate a Buiness Development Area Manager, that can cover the Orange County, and surrounding areas, to join our growing Hospice Agency. We are looking for candidates who can not only deliver consistent results but also embody and represent our values and culture out in the community. *** This position is Field and Area based, which means representative would spend 95% of their time out of the office and developing relationships in the community to generate referrals to our agency. You will need to be open-minded to drive 40-50 miles at times ***

• A successful candidate offers a proven track record in Healthcare Sales & Marketing with existing relationships and key hospice referral sources, including physicians, hospital staff, SNF administrators and staff, and long-term care environments.
• You must possess the skills and experience to effectively develop new markets and referral sources, provide outstanding customer service, and work seamlessly with the clinical team to effectuate smooth care transitions.
• Hospice Service Representative experience a MUST.

Compensation & Incentives:
This is a full-time, salaried position with mileage reimbursement and additional earning potential. Representatives are eligible to receive commission once a monthly referral quota is met, offering strong incentives for high performers who consistently generate quality referrals.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
