We are looking for a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in business analyst team, who are passionate about business analysis, problem-solving, and working with stakeholders to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Create user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams.
• Assist in conducting requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are updated.
• Learn and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
• 0–2 year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
