Ecommerce Operations & Listings Specialist (eBay Required)

With over 24 years in business, we are a member of one of the largest outdoor buying groups in North America and continue to expand across multiple platforms.

Our business is built on eBay, which remains the foundation of our operations, alongside a large and demanding Amazon store. We are looking to add someone who understands ecommerce at a practical level and can contribute immediately.

Position Overview

This role is centered around eBay and Amazon operations, product listings, and administrative ecommerce support. You will be involved in maintaining and improving listings, handling operational workflows, and helping solve the day-to-day challenges that come with running a high-volume ecommerce business.

This position offers creative freedom, problem-solving opportunities, and room for growth, especially for someone who wants to take ownership in building and improving systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (eBay & Amazon)
• Process returns and manage related workflows
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Print shipping labels and assist with fulfillment operations
• Perform Amazon Transparency labeling and compliance tasks
• Work within Dropbox, Excel, Word, and inventory management systems
• Assist with troubleshooting listing issues, errors, and platform changes
• Support ongoing operational and administrative needs

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on eBay experience (REQUIRED)
• Running your own eBay store or managing listings is strongly preferred
• Online sales or ecommerce experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing ecommerce environment
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, files, and data
• Must be:
• 18+ years old
• U.S. Citizen
• Located in the Oklahoma City metro area or willing to relocate (not fully remote)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with dropshipping workflows
• Website building or management experience
• Online advertising experience (Amazon PPC or similar)
• Knowledge or interest in outdoor sporting goods, hunting, or shooting sports
• Strong writing and product content skills

Schedule & Work Environment
