Job Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence, crafting engaging content, managing multiple platforms, and analyzing digital marketing performance to elevate our brand visibility. Your energy and passion for digital storytelling will help us connect authentically with our audience, boost engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.

Duties

• Develop compelling content strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and any relevant social media platforms.
• Create graphics and reels using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other media editing tools.
• Manage social media scheduling.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and visibility.
• Track and analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and execute photoshoots of cafe, product lines and CEO for marketing.
• Support e-commerce efforts by integrating social media campaigns with online sales strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), TikTok, Canva, Instagram, Threads, Calendly, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools is highly desirable.
• Experience in content creation including writing engaging posts, photography, video editing, and media editing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content development.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
