About the Position

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional customer service role. You will speak with prospective students in Canada who have already shown interest in studying in Canada. Your role is to understand their goals, answer their questions, guide them through the admissions process, and help them make the right educational decision.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students by phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Answer questions about programs, admissions requirements, and tuition.
• Help prospective students choose the program that best fits their goals.
• Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Follow up with students and maintain strong relationships throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent student experience.
• Meet monthly targets for calls, appointments, and enrollments.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, admissions, or another sales-focused role.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Experience in education, training centers, or student recruitment is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working toward monthly performance targets.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system is an advantage.
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to work permanent night shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
