Job Summary
We are a growing, full-service dental laboratory seeking a skilled Dental CAD/CAM Technician. This role focuses on digital design and manufacturing of high-quality dental restorations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple digital workflows simultaneously, and collaborates effectively with our laboratory team. Key Responsibilities

• Nest designs and operate CAM milling machines
• perform routine maintenance on milling units
• work with ceramists and technicians to ensure accurate case execution.

Requirements

• proven experience with dental software like 3Shape, exocad or Dental Wings.
• strong technical skills to troubleshoot software glitches and calibrate hardware
• Extensive knowledge of CAM programming for CNC milling machines and lathes.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• track record of managing multiple active cases and deadline simultaneously
• strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-first attitude.
• sharp eye for dental anatomy, margins, occlusion and path of insertion.
