Job Summary
The Criminal Data Processor is responsible for reviewing criminal and civil records for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required information is present, and resolving any missing or inconsistent data. This role applies client-specific guidelines to each record while maintaining strict attention to detail and compliance with industry standards. The position also involves researching discrepancies, coordinating with courts or data sources when needed, and developing expertise in the jurisdictions they support to ensure timely and high-quality case processing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process criminal records using InformData’s proprietary systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data entries
Support research teams with online record searches and data verification as needed
Monitor for and communicate recurring quality issues or trends to leadership, contributing to continuous process improvement
Maintain established quality standards and turnaround time (TAT) expectations across all assigned work
Provide backup support for automated processes to ensure continuity of operations
Proactively notify leadership of delays, system outages, website changes, or fee updates that may impact workflows or turnaround times
Identify, investigate, and resolve missing, incomplete, or conflicting information within records
Review client-specific requirements and apply guidelines to ensure orders are completed accurately and consistently
