You'd be responsible for preparing merchandise for shipment to customers worldwide.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Learn everything you can about flags & flagpoles
• Receiving inventory
• Putting inventory & supplies away
• Preparing products and promotional material for shipment
• Packaging and shipping orders in accordance with brand guidelines
• Fulfill and pack orders with a focus on accuracy and quality control
• Anticipating change and adapting accordingly
• Work as a team member with other departments
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional behavior

Work Weekdays

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organization, follow-through, and decision-making skills
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Detail-oriented, detail-oriented, oh, and detail-oriented
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds using correct form
• Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
• Ability to take direction
• Aptitude to learn new processes and systems quickly
• Comfortable with both physical tasks (lifting, packing) and computer systems
• Must speak fluent English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and able to multitask; can work within a fast-moving environment
• Must work well with others!
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
• Regular attendance is required

KEY QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Extreme Attention to Detail: Mistakes in packaging and inventory cost time and money. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of completing tasks accurately and can identify small discrepancies others might miss. We want someone who naturally double-checks their work before completing a task.

Accountability & Ownership: You will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of your work. We need someone who is proactive and takes full ownership of their tasks, ensuring orders are correct and delivered on time.

Team Player with Strong Communication Skills: You must collaborate effectively with multiple departments. Communicating clearly and receiving feedback constructively is essential for success in this role.

Positive and Flexible Attitude: As a small business, responsibilities can vary day-to-day. We need someone flexible, doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats, and can adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
