Rate: $65-75/hr.
Seeking a Change Management Consultant to support enterprise initiatives by driving adoption, communication, and organizational readiness across multiple projects, primarily within IT transformation environments.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise initiatives
- Assess project impact and define adoption and communication plans
- Establish and document current-state baselines and track change impact
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across business units
- Partner with project managers, sponsors, and functional teams
- Support user adoption, training, and reinforcement activities
- Lead communication planning and execution across impacted groups
- Identify risks and drive change readiness and mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain change management roadmaps, plans, and deliverables
- Support initiatives including IT system upgrades, process changes, and operational transformations
- 7+ years of Change Management experience
- Prosci and/or CCMP certification (required)
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives
- Strong background supporting IT implementations or system upgrades
- Experience with stakeholder management and organizational communication
- Ability to drive adoption, training, and behavioral change
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in energy or utilities industry
- Exposure to organizational transformation and large-scale program delivery
