We are looking for an ambitious, driven Sales Representative to lead our expansion across the United States.
Position Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our domestic market expansion. You will identify new distribution channels, secure high-volume commercial accounts, and build lasting relationships with tire dealers, distributors, and fleet managers. This role requires a hunter mentality, industry expertise, and a passion for the automotive world.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Domestic Growth: Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with commercial tire dealers, regional distributors, and fleet accounts across the USA.
- Promote In-House Brands: Actively market and build brand equity for our signature brands, Odyssey Tire and Forerunner Tire.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and scale a robust sales pipeline, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to long-term partners.
- On-the-Road Business Development: Travel extensively across key U.S. regions to meet clients, attend industry trade shows, and conduct face-to-face product presentations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to help optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience (required).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in automotive, wheel, or commercial tire sales is highly preferred. Familiarity with tire technical specifications and market dynamics is a massive plus.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently across the United States to visit clients and expand territory.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while working toward aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
