Dunks Restaurant & Pizzeria is growing, and we're searching for a high-energy leader who wants to take ownership of an established restaurant and help us become the best dining experience in the Sauk Valley.

This isn't a position where you simply unlock the doors and schedule employees.

You'll lead the team, build the culture, drive sales, solve problems, coach people, create raving fans, and hold everyone including yourself to a high standard.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing an outstanding team
• Creating an energetic, positive, and accountable culture
• Delivering exceptional customer service every single day
• Managing labor costs, food costs, inventory, and profitability
• Scheduling staff to maximize service while controlling costs
• Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Driving sales through community involvement and local marketing
• Ensuring every guest leaves excited to come back

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and food cost control
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
