ABOUT WILDPATH
Wildpath Transportation is a Colorado-based ground transportation company with two main hubs: Denver and the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen area). We serve both regions and everywhere in between. We offer private black car transportation with luxury SUVs and Mercedes Sprinter vans, scheduled shuttles, and luxury event and wedding transportation. We’re a quickly growing company building something special, and we’re looking for people who are excited to be part of that growth!
THE ROLE
Wildpath has earned seventy-nine five-star Google reviews in just our first eighteen months as a company because we deliver exceptional service every single time. You’ll be a big part of maintaining that standard. You’re the voice of Wildpath. You answer class and emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages, book reservations across all our service lines, coordinate with drivers, manage changes on the fly, and keep clients calm when their flights get delayed, canceled, or their timeline shifts. You’ll work with our private car clients, shuttle passengers, hotel partners, and even coordinators. You’ll use booking systems, pricing guides, and your own good judgement to turn inquiries into confirmed rides.
Some days are quiet. Most days are juggling five things at once. All days matter.
