WHO YOU ARE

1. You are a closer in commercial roofing.

You've sold commercial roof systems. You know how to walk a roof, talk to a property manager, identify damage, and close. You've done it before — and you can prove it.

2. You understand insurance restoration.

You speak the language of adjusters, scopes, and supplements. You don't need it explained. You know how a contingency contract works and why it matters.

3. You are tired of getting screwed on commissions.

Your last company strung you out on payments, hid the math, or paid you months after the work was done. You're done with that. You want clean commissions, paid as the company gets paid.

4. You will live in your truck if that's what it takes.

Storm hits Friday at 6pm? You're rolling Saturday at sunrise. Texas is huge. The reps who eat are the reps who go where the hail goes — without anyone telling them to.
