Native Floral is a leading manufacturer and distributor of fresh cut flower bouquets across the United States. Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest level of quality and service. We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team in Jessup, MD.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide support in functional areas of Human Resources.

• Participate in the recruiting process including sourcing, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Process employment background checks and drug screening.
• Provide support and oversight of on-boarding processes.
• Support payroll processing and address employee inquiries regarding payroll.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and employee files
• Conduct employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Manage worker compensation claims

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience with full understanding of all aspects of HR and best practices. Prior recruiting experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience working with HR systems preferred.
• High attention to detail is a must for this position to ensure accuracy and correct completion of all documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to use good judgement and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Willing to work as part of a team and independently.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
