Role Overview

To be successful in this role, you will be a fast learner, a great team player, and a strong communicator, comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment.
Day-to-day, you will support Retail Clients globally through centralized operational tasks to ensure an excellent client service. These activities include report delivery, user administration, quality checks, and resolving daily client inquiries with speed and accuracy. As you gain experience, you will be expected to demonstrate autonomy in your role, including identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. You will be organised and methodical in your approach, with strong attention to detail, precision in execution, and excellent time management skills.
As your clients and team members will be based in different regions, you will work effectively with virtual and diverse teams, both internally and externally. This requires being mindful of time zones, collaborating across functions, and demonstrating strong organisational awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
