Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Paraplanner to join our team in the Financial Services Industry! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary assistant working closely with our financial advisors/planners, as well as serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless account management and exceptional service delivery. Your energetic approach will drive business development opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and support our sales initiatives. Opportunities to advance as specialized Paraplanner and/or eventually transition into a financial advisor/planner.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client accounts by providing timely support, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee, process, and ensure completion of confidential transaction paperwork and documents.
• Utilize CRM tools and company databases to track transactions, update account information, and analyze customer data for insights.
• Manage compliance tasks and industry-specific regulatory requirements.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• Prefer at least 1 year experience in the financial services industry or other related professional office environments.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and general comfort with computer use.
• Strong organization skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with client records and transactions.
• Willingness and ability to make phone calls to initiate transactions and ensure proper processing of transactions (no outbound sales calls required).
• Willingness and ability to obtain professional financial licensing and certifications as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
