Role and Responsibilities :

8+ years experience in Testing of business software applications

Testing Lead or Architect.

Should have experience in Manual Testing procedures. Have decent exposure to preparing Test Cases, Test Plans/Reports and executing the same.

Experience in understanding different QA processes and ability to improve on the same for better quality deliverables.

Should have hands on experience on QTP/QC

Should be experienced in Scripting languages (VB Script/Java Script)

Device Test Strategy for building enterprise application software

Preparing and selecting software testing frameworks appropriate for the applications

Interacting with customers to understand their business and consulting with them on QA strategies for testing their application

Mentoring juniors and bringing in QA leadership into the organization
Refining our QA best practice

Experience reviewing business requirements and creating testing strategy and plans based on business needs

Participated in full life-cycle business system development with teams of high end developers, analysts, and testers

Should possess good Communication Skills

Decent Exposure to client handling roles. Should be able to interact with the Client team directly and work with QA Team to deliver the tasks

Understand client specific QA processes and be able to customize to the same.

Provide QA direction for the from definition phase through implementation.

Own the QA lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.

Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Exposure/Experience in CMMI Processes

Experience on Bug tracking tools

Qualification :

B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
