As a Client Onboarding Associate, you guide businesses through their first steps into modern payment processing. Onboarding begins with conversation: you speak directly with business owners, learn how they accept payments today, and introduce tools that support their operations.

You stay involved from the initial discussion through account setup, helping businesses move forward with clarity. This fully remote role blends relationship-building, education, and follow-through.

Earnings are performance-based and reflect your results.

What You'll Do

• Speak with business owners about their payment workflows and needs
• Introduce processing and point-of-sale solutions
• Guide businesses from first conversation through activation
• Attend scheduled conversations and manage follow-ups
• Track activity, notes, and next steps using internal systems
• Maintain professional, clear communication throughout onboarding

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
