About Us:
Fischer Redavid PLLC is a boutique law firm dedicated to helping personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights plaintiffs get justice. Founded in Florida in 2017, we now have offices and lawyers in Florida, Georgia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. While it’s inevitable that some cases will settle without a need for litigation, our willingness to take cases the distance—through trial and appeal, if need be—is unusual in the space. Our approach is too. Rarely are the best results found the fastest or with relative ease. That’s why we pride ourselves on out-strategizing, thinking, working, and lasting the opposition. We aim to be champions of the communities we serve, one client at a time.
Location: Hybrid
This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility; however, candidates must already be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the U.S. Virgin Islands and be willing to travel to the territory for trials, critical hearings, depositions, and strategic litigation events.
While the position supports USVI matters, we strongly prefer a U.S.-based attorney for long-term integration with firm operations and eligibility under our benefits platform.
Position Overview:
Fischer Redavid is seeking a Senior Trial Associate with significant plaintiff-side litigation experience to manage and try U.S. Virgin Islands matters with a strong emphasis on courtroom execution, strategic case development, and trial readiness.
This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes litigation, takes ownership of their caseload, and understands that strong trial outcomes are built long before a case reaches the courtroom.
The Senior Trial Associate will work closely with firm leadership to develop litigation strategy, position cases for maximum value, and serve as first or second chair at trial when necessary. This is not a volume-based role. It is an opportunity to build a meaningful trial record within a firm that prepares every case as if it will be tried.
